PEELS: A light flaking or peeling (comparable to a sun burn) from your treatment may occur while more aggressive peels will cause you to flake or peel for 3-5 days. A post treatment kit is recommended to help with the healing process and to better your results. 

WAXING: Please inform your esthetician if you are using any medical products such as Rentin-A, Hydoquinone, Accutane or any other medical grade products from your dermatologist. 

FACIALS: Please inform your esthetician if you have any allergies, are taking any antibiotics or using any products that may affect your service. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: A 24 hour cancellation notice is required if you need to change or cancel your spa service. Please be aware that Natalie Falletta Skin Care will charge the full amount to your credit card in the event of a no show.

RESERVATIONS: We recommend that you schedule your spa service in advance. A credit card will be required to secure an appointment of 30 minutes or longer.
